Getting Undress.

Well, just watched this show "Trinny & Susannah Undress"

No. It's not what you think. Not 'bout 2 girls getting undress or what. The show's set in UK. And there's this 2 ladies (I find them quite irritating & bitchy actually), and for this episode I watched, they went around looking into guy's fashion (in UK). Yup. And criticise on it. Well, the criticism was the part I find them bitchy & irritating. 'Cos they were sort of down-right straightforward to the point of rude, arrogant & think they know it all.

But they're not the reason here.

It's the focus of the show that actually caught my attention.

Questions for the guys: How do you choose your clothes? What influence you in choosing them?

Questions for the girls: What do you think of guys' way of dressing (both majority & minority)? Do you pick out the clothes you would like your partner to wear, instead of asking them what they would like to wear?

During the show, there was this mini-experiment with 6 couples. Interestingly, the ladies were the ones actually picking up the clothes for the guys to wear. It's not "What would you like to wear?" But rather, "Why don't you try this on? This looks nice." Or, "Go try this on. I think it looks great." I find it quite disturbing actually. And we're talking about adults here. Like... late 20s to early 30s kind of adults?

I'm not too sure what Singapore's like. But I hope it's better than them. Heheh. So, girls. Do you do the dressing up for your guy? Or do you actually ask for his opinion?

If you're dressing him, let's think back. You first got out with him, 'cos you like him. And think 'bout it. You weren't in his picture before, and yet you dated him nonetheless. Now you're with him, why are you trying to change his style of dressing? By the way, talking about daily wear here. Not, special occasions stuff. Special, you can do it however special you want. Back to trek, that is if he's not okay with it, or you've no idea. I mean, it's perfectly fine if he's cool with it. Yeah.

Food for thought huh. Well, at least for me.

Guys' fashion. Or rather, their sense of fashion. Is it really that bad that they need to make a show out of it? Hahaha.
