Graduation Ceremony: Class of 2007

12th October 2007, Friday. This is the day I graduate from Junior College. Such a bittersweet feeling.

Reported to the Auditorium, then it was a video presentation, followed by the Principal's speech. She's retiring this year too. Then was some prize giving to the academic performers. The bulk of the Graduation Ceremony was class by class, going up to the stage to take the what-ever-they-gave-us-thingy. The end was some speech by one of the teachers & Jinyu, the ex-council head.

Going out to have a class dinner later, though not staying for long. This feeling of graduating. It's really different from any other graduation. I mean, like, this is supposedly to be my LAST time to be attending official school, wearing uniforms, abiding (and at times, breaking) school rules. No more concession public transport, no more enjoying my youth, no more class to fool around with. Come to think about it, it's kind of sad.

Soon, we'll be facing the 'A' Level to all the JC2s out there. After the A's, I suppose we'll be playing like there's no tomorrow. The next year, we'll be working. And very soon, we'll be going separate ways. The girls will move on to work or further their studies. Guys, most of them will be going for their National Service.

Talking 'bout NS, recieved my notification letter just last evening. It's sort of like, looking forward to it, yet not wanting it to be so soon. Sigh~

Alright, so, the last day. As usual with any teenagers, it's filled with craziness & photo taking. Took pictures with teachers & school mates. Wanting to keep a picture of them, in the event that should one forget them, there's always a picture to refer to. "Oooh... So that's who she is... The girl who went to JC with me..."

Managed to get shots of a few people. But some of them seems to be missing in action. Just couldn't find them. Next time, perhaps, if there is ever a next time. Hehehz...

I know I shouldn't be doing this right now, that's why I haven't been blogging for a period of time. But, I just can't bear to let this day end so quickly. If only it could last longer. Even by an hour, that would be fair enough. Ahhh... SUCH agony.

Feeling very emotional right now. But I suppose that's just me. It'll be over by the next morning. So, to all 'A' Level takers out there, DO YOUR BEST! And then, it's all fun. Well, just pray that this post won't get me back to blogging frequently again. As well as playing games. It's really not hard to quit them, you know! Hmph. And HAVE to write down a list of things I want to do after A's sometime. Right, time to go get my nails cut.

Forgot to mention to all that photos will only be up after A's. Sorry.
