41 more Civilian days

Went cycling with Meixing, Keith, Jerome & Jasmine yesterday. As a result, got burnt.

So, started at Pasir Ris Park, ended at East Coast Park. Passed by Changi Beach and Changi Airport. It was an okay trip I supposed. Turns out Meixing had some cycling talent in her. *laughs* Keith was handling it pretty well for his fifth time. Jasmine... Shan't say a word. Ahahaha. We had to stop at Changi Village for a while though. Partly because we wanted to get some drinks, mainly because Jasmine was too heavy & ended up puncturing the wheel. Nah... Just kidding. She's the lightest in the group already, I think.

Almost rained on the way back, luckily it was only a slight drizzle.After a whole day of cycling, was rather tired enough already. And to think that Keith is still going for a night cycling trip tonight. Shiong ah. Oh well, I suppose I'll be having about 2 more night cycling journeys myself. BUT, separately.

Oh, and Keith's enlisting soon. 131207, if memory serves me right. Had discussed, maybe we could go see him off? But I can't. Going away on vacation. Turns out my hol's are even busier than when I was studying. Sigh~

For me, couldn't stay up with them into the night, had to return to lion dance for practice. Damn it. I'll be practically going down there for 8 consecutive days. Sigh~ It's such a stressful commitment.

Turns out there might be a 4E2 BBQ on the 081207. Unfortunately, will not be attending for it. Other people have booked me for that night already. Sorry E2s... Think this should be enough for today's post...

Did something today. Finally, the load's off my chest. After a full year.

Saturday nothing much. Woke up early in the morning to rush to wait at Suntec City for a Opening Ceremony. Waited for 3 hours to do that for 5 minutes. Sickening. Got home, started on my table. Think it's going to take a few days.

Sunday, also nothing much. Same old routine. Class in the morning, slack in the afternoon. Hah~ That's life... No purpose, doing what you will.

Just remembered something when walking back from dinner. I was able to sleep last time, and numb my hand. But that happens no longer. I'm glad. Don't like it when my whole hand goes numb. Numb as in, totally no feeling numb. Not even when I pinched it. *laughs* It feels like my fingers will drop out any moment. Oh, and there was that time, I almost broke my arm while sleeping. Idiot. What horrid sleeps.

210 Chalet

Well, came back home. Showered & am now blogging. Feeling rather tired, wanting to sleep. But just some quick stuff about the chalet.

Well, it wasn't so bad, in fact, it was rather fun. Especially more so when approaching night time, though I've no idea why...

First day, me, Shengyu & Chiam went to Nicholas's house to get the stuff. Cab down & checked in. We got K-02 at first, but due to construction works next door, we requested a shift. So, was given K-08, which was better. It was near the entrance of the place. Hahaha. Well, the day wasn't much, most of the time, was just waiting for people to come. Shuhua & Catherine came first.

Night, I wasn't around to witness anything, was off to lion dance. So, missed everything. Returned at 2340+. Barbecued and ate my dinner. (I hadn't had my dinner when I went off.)

The night was spent... erm... not sleeping. People downstairs were playing, upstairs, were talking. Only Agnes & Pearl was sleeping. Then Seri. There were others, though I've no idea who.

Morning came and we went for breakfast at Downtown East's Mac. Hotcakes rocks. There's just so many ways to eat them. Like, of all the 5 or so people who ate them, all had different ways of eating it. *laughs* I do the toppings first before eating everything. Agnes did them one by one, & cuts her hotcakes perfectly. Nicholas had his with chilli sauce. Pearl... wasn't paying attention. Busy topping my hotcakes with butter & syrup. Just love hotcakes breakfast at Mac. The rest of the day was spent slacking.

Yiwa fell sick all of a sudden. So, had returned home somewhere in the afternoon. She was so looking forward to the theme park & night cycling. Hope she's feeling much better now.

Well, night came, had dinner, then headed off for our night cylcing. Places we went to - Red House, OCH, Changi Village, Changi Beach.

Went to Red house first. Didn't had a good look at it. Too dark. But distinctively remembered the sweet fragance of mangoes. Old Changi Hospital. It was a bad time to go there actually. 13 people, Thursday night. Fantastic. But we went anyway. Over there, met suspicious folks who claimed to be part of Singapore Paranormal Investigators (SPI). Rubbish. But he had a very powerful torch light. That was all. Otherwise, he just constantly spat on the ground. Disgusting. If it were me talking to him, I would have whacked him straight.

Changi Village, got separated from the group. Rendezvous back at 7-Eleven. That time, ironically enough, Hen messaged me about going night cycling with the E2s. *laughs* So, shall be planning for one, soon. Changi Beach, was to go look at aeroplanes. Whee~

At OCH, other stuff happened too. Shan't say much here. The Last Man. Oh, before going night cycling, a few of the guys had raped Yuncong. Sadly enough, he left afterwards. Oh well... Sigh~ After that, Najeeb, the King, was next. *laugh out loud* Followed by Joshua. Bonding session as commentated by Shengyu. *laughs*

Oh well, I supposed that's about it... in short. There was photos of course. But at a later date, please. I want to sleep. Hahah. Still have lion dance later at night. Damn...

Wednesday

Did you know? Wednesday is the name of the girl from Addams Family. Daughter of Mr & Mrs Addams.

So, today... is Tuesday. Tomorrow, Wednesday. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, will be out for my 210 chalet. Won't be anywhere near a computer. Well, today, we just went to get supplies for the chalet. Receipt came to about 150 dollars. What we're gonna do there, I don't have any idea. Will decide once i get there. Actually, I don't really what to type about for this chalet. Haha.

Oh, did I mention that I'll be very very busy this hol's? It's such a headache. Let's see... In total, I've got possibly 3 chalets, possibly 2 camping trips, need to help out my friend with her video production, 1 vacation trip, need to clear my table, clean up the house, meeting up with friends & not to forgot my lion dance.

Had been looking forward to catching up all the anime series during the hol's, but looks like it'll have to wait.

I understand many people are saying why am I so stupid. As to why I'm doing this lion dance when it's taking up so much of my time. Why I'm still doing it when it's interfering with my A's. Well, for one, I've been there since young, I can't just desert it. Though I may hate it sometimes, still, it's sort of a obligation, perhaps? Sigh~ So, that's that.

Well, not really looking forward to the performance on 2nd December. Talking 'bout it is nerve-wrecking enough. But to the rest of the hol's, quite looking forward to it. Heehee.

Burnt Sunday

Bloody hell... There goes my Sunday. Burnt. Just like that... *POOF*

Morning was spent at Calligraphy. Managed to finish the drawing, so now waiting to get it paper-backed, then framed. I'm so proud of myself! *laughs*

Afternoon was irritating. Didn't had my lunch. Rushed down to Beach Road. Lion Dance rehearsal. Quite tiring. Went up 3times. Then wait & wait & wait. Very sleepy on the train ride home. And that was about 1800.

Thankfully, returning home was something nice. *smile* My eldest brother & his family was around, and the girls weren't half as bad as last time. The small one was REALLY cute today. LOL. Then Papa, Mama & Jiejie was there too. Wonder why they were there. Most probably to see the kids. Hahaha.

Oh, had 2 dinners today. TWO. Terrible. Summation of calories would be positive now. Okay, enough... I want to rest already... Nights...

First thing first.

Well, I suppose I could say that I'm officially going online once more. A's had been a very very long nightmare.

Wow. It's been months since I felt so carefree & relax. Went out to celebrate Lulu's birthday today. As usual, it was the Muggers' United. I think we should change our name now, since we're no longer mugging & most probably no longer need to. Well, at least not so hard. But then again, such name will be nostalgic soon. *smile*

So, original plan was to head to Sentosa. Then, it was changed, 'cos sista said it was intolerably hot over there. Ended up at Vivo. Had the cake. Had ice cream at Ben & Jerry's! Wanted to go over Sentosa later, but decided to go to Chinatown instead. Why? Because the Sentosa Card only allowed one entry. Not a day's entry. That's so... Argh. So, Chinatown it was.

It's been eons since I went there. Had a view of it. Went to some shops to view. After dinner, it was, of course.

Dinner, well, it was good. We ate at the street stalls place. Okay lar... Not so bad. Acceptable standard for a tourist attraction place (Tourist attraction food ≈ Good food). So, there was stingray, kang kong, o-luaw, satay, cha-kuay & drinks. Ahahahah. Okay, so feeling rather full now. Along with someone drooling. Hahaha.

FEELING SO EXCITED NOW! Hahahaha. Very hyper now. Keep laughing to myself in front of the computer. My parents must think I've gone mad. *sticks out tongue* Who cares?

So looking forward to an E2 chalet now. Marvellous. 3 chalets & possibly 2 camping trips in just one month. It's like almost half the hol's, I won't be at home. Ahahaha. I feel my pockets being burnt as I type all this down. *gulp*

Then, there's a Teddy Bear Exhibition at the old Parliament House tomorrow. Was wanting to go check it out. But turns out, Lion Dance took the slot away. Stupid rehearsal. Of all days, must be THAT day. Of all Sundays, must be THAT Sunday. Argh. It's pissing me off. Then got Class in the morning too, so can't go in the morning. Damn. Worse, have to carry my class bag all the way to Lion Dance. I know I'm fit, but it's still heavy.

So sorry.

Heart feeling a bit itchy now arhz... hahaha. Only one person in this world will know what I'm talking about now. *laughs* But still, can't just drop out halfway. It'll be bad. I know. Haha. Oh well... Shall let the water flow. Then see how it flow. That didn't come off right, did it? Never mind, don't really know how to express it anyway, at least not yet.

Right, time to go have my showe- No. Have to wait before I can get my shower. Crap. This is getting to be a really really extremely long post. Fine, shall stop now. *sticks out tongue*

I once know this person. He appears to be confident, strong, firmed, carefree & fearless at times...

Now, he is nothing more than a dead ringer of the person I once knew. Now, his anxiety soars, a troubled soul. A worrier, burdened by all the weight he carries on his shoulders alone. He's beginning to doubt himself. His abilities, capabilities...

I'm confused. He seemed to be on the verge of breaking down. A powerless person...fighting a losing battle. Yet, he's still fighting, refusing to give in. Perhaps, he still has a little of his fighting spirit left. Though not much, but there's hope...

He's in his own world now, fighting for himself. His sanity, his existence. The world suddenly seemed so big without him. And I am nothing more than a doppleganger. A little of what he used to be. A fragment of him, hoping to be picked up someday & be remembered...

Alright. Enough with the bullshitting. Hahaha. There's not much time left to waste. It's only 2more days before the A's resume, and I've still got more revision to do! With that said, I'm still going for lion dance. Every Fridays. It sucks. BIG TIME.
